Composite and Lightweight Structures, known as C A L S improves products through composite material innovation and design utilizing a proprietary advanced foam technology.  This technology allows production of custom-made composite parts.

C A L S is in the development of producing small turbine blades, thermal insulating products (medical coolers/small hot tubs), and automotive aftermarket kits.  Our technology can even produce faux/decorative insulating home products, thermal containers and cost effective cores with controlled properties.  All of these items can be readily customized for many medical, commercial, residential, and military markets.

Our leadership team is responsive and ready to address your needs.  We offer short lead times and low cost tooling that will produce dimensionally sound parts based upon your requirements.  Quality is always on the forefront which is why C A L S uses an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility located in Dayton, Ohio.

(an INC500 company four years in a row since 2009).  C A L S resources, equipment, and facility is located at buyCASTINGS.com, Inc.  The facility houses an investment C A L S injection machine and allows C A L S to network and leverage in the latest materials and composites technology.  C A L S also leverages the patented foam technology developed for the investment casting industry used to produce high precision aerospace parts.
