Travis brings to C A L S over 18 years experience in multiple industries possessing a vast knowledge of Polyurethane systems relating to both tool design and material processing. Travis has developed multiple polyurethane foam systems in conjunction with BASF, based on customer product requirements and test data.
Travis has also been a Program Manager in the auto industry. He managed multiple programs for the automotive energy absorbing foam systems for both Chrysler and GM. He led cross-functional teams providing design input, product development, and manufacturing of the final product.
In Travis’ career he has developed 200 new products utilizing over 10 different polyurethane foam systems. He has integrated new foam equipment and automated assembly lines from installation to production.
Travis has also assisted on QS9000, TS and ISO Quality Audit Teams. He has developed and maintained APQP and PPAP Documentation. Travis has also completed Lean Manufacturing Training Program and implemented 5S and Continual Improvement on plant floor.
